WEST VIRGINIA – A kind donation of $175,000 has been provided by the West Virginia-based Wing 2 Wing Foundation, a philanthropic organization, to support classroom supplies via the nonprofit Donors Choose, which promotes educational justice.
With the provision of essential educational resources, this sizeable gift is expected to positively affect approximately 103 local schools around the state. The Wing 2 Wing Foundation was established by Alys and Brad D. Smith with the goal of advancing human potential and dignity in West Virginia.
