In a significant law enforcement operation, Virginia State Police, along with partner agencies, successfully confiscated 19 firearms and more than 91 pounds of illegal narcotics in a seven-day period as part of an ongoing statewide investigation aimed at combatting crime.
The initiative is focused on three primary areas: firearm recovery, narcotics interception, and human trafficking prevention. Over the course of the operation, authorities have made substantial strides in disrupting criminal networks throughout the state.
Key Seizures and Recoveries from March 20 to March 27
During the operation, spanning from March 20 to March 27, the following items were seized:

Firearms: 19 firearms were confiscated, with an estimated value of $14,000

Narcotics: A total of 91.7 pounds of drugs were seized, including 76 controlled substance pills, totaling an estimated street value of $2.7 million
