Authorities in Louisville, Kentucky, have stated that they are searching for information and a suspect in the early Saturday morning mass shooting at a nightclub that left one man dead and seven others injured.
When first responders arrived at the scene of the reported gunshot incident outside the lounge H20 at 12:47 a.m., they found a male suffering from gunshot wounds, as reported by the Louisville Metro Police Department.
EMS later declared the unnamed male dead at the site, according to police.

According to the LMPD, “with injuries that are believed to be critical and life-threatening,” a second victim who has not yet been named was sent to University Hospital.
Investigators discovered later in the morning that six other shooting victims, who had injuries that were not life-threatening, had driven themselves to nearby hospitals, according to police.
It was not immediately clear how the victims were related to one another. The inquiry is still on.
